1 Introduction

It has the advantages as small size, high efficiency, and low cost, which is the best replacement product for the concrete structure concentrating sedimentation tank. Therefore, it is widely used in thermal power plant, and industry of metallurgy, mine, and coal. It can adjust the height of the rake according to the ash degree so as to avoid covering the scraper by ash. It can also be installed in the de-watering bin to reduce the occupied area of the whole system.

Automatic rake lifting
The high efficiency concentrator uses the general motor-connected cycloidal reducer and torque instrument connecting with the worm gear to drive the rotate rake scrape to clean the mud. When the slurry discharge is not smooth or the interval running time is too long, the concentrated slurry will cause high pressure to the rake, over limit of the system resistance, and over load of power, and then the torque instrument will send out signal to start the rake lifting motor, transmitting by gear, to lift the screw rod, and then the whole set of rotary rake scrape will lift automatically to achieve the goal of unloading.
