The principle of slag cooling: The dry slag conveyor operates continuously, and high-temperature slag continuously falls on the belt of the slag conveyor. The high-temperature ash moves at low speed on the conveyor belt, and under the action of negative pressure (for coal powder boilers, the normal operating state of the furnace is negative pressure), a controlled small amount of ambient cold air enters the interior of the air-cooled dry slag conveyor in the opposite direction, gradually cooling the ash on the conveyor belt and completing combustion. Cold air and high-temperature ash undergo sufficient heat exchange, and the air absorbs the radiation heat of the boiler and the sensible heat of the ash. The air temperature rises to around 300-400 ℃ (equivalent to the secondary air supply temperature of the boiler) and enters the furnace. The cooling temperature of the slag drops to around 100 ℃.
